Using this site
Short version: this site describes what we offer and lets you ask for a visit. It does not give medical advice, and sending a request is not the same as having an appointment.
This site is not medical advice
Everything here is general information about services we provide. It is not a diagnosis, a recommendation for you specifically, or a substitute for care from your own clinician. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
A request is not a booking
Sending the request form starts a conversation. A visit exists once we have replied, sent you a medical intake form, reviewed your answers, and confirmed a time with you. Until all of that has happened, nothing is scheduled.
We may decline or adjust a service
Every visit begins with a health assessment. A licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse from our team may adjust what was requested, or decline it, where that is the clinically appropriate call. Who is generally not a candidate is set out on Your Visit.
Appointments, deposits and group visits
Cancellation, deposit and group-visit terms are published in full on Your Visit and apply to every appointment.
No payment on this site
Nothing is sold or charged here. Costs, travel and any group arrangement are discussed with you directly before a visit is confirmed.
