When we arrive
Your practitioner sits with you and reviews your intake before anything is opened. Health assessment comes before anything else, at every appointment.
The stand, the bag, and single-use supplies, set up around the chair you chose.
Sit back with a book, your shows, or your phone. A licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse is with you, start to finish.
Everything leaves with us, and your space is exactly as we found it. Nothing left behind.
Policies
Appointment Information
With any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment time, your original deposit may be applied toward the balance of your next appointment if it is booked within four weeks of your original appointment.
Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Wellness Together
Group discounts are available when three or more clients receive services together.
For groups, a short planning call is arranged first.
Before Your Appointment
After you request an appointment, a medical intake form will be emailed to you. It must be completed within 48 hours and returned by email.
The nurse practitioner reviews your form before the visit to confirm there are no contraindications to receiving an infusion or injection.
Preparing
Drink water through the day before your visit.
Eat something beforehand. A light meal is ideal.
Wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily.
Pick the spot where you would like to sit. A comfortable chair works well.
Have your intake form completed and returned before we arrive.
A note on safety
IV vitamin therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and we would rather say so here than at your door. A visit may not be offered, or may be adjusted, if any of the following apply:
