Your medical intake form
We send a medical intake form to be completed and reviewed by our Nurse Practitioner before an appointment is booked, so that we can make sure your infusion is the right one for you.
We schedule you in
A personal reply with availability, and a time that fits your week.
We come to you
Unmarked arrival. We set up, run your infusion, and pack down, leaving your space exactly as we found it.
Wellness Together
Wellness is better together.
Private group visits for weddings, birthdays, book clubs and office visits, when three or more clients receive services together.

Yes. Island Family Health is an in-home practice. A licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse from our team brings the full clinical setup to your home, office or hotel, and carries everything back out.
Where do you go?
All of Staten Island, our home base, plus Brooklyn, Manhattan and Long Island, by appointment. Tell us where you are when you send your request.
How does the cost work?
Pricing, travel fees, and any group rate are shared before the appointment is confirmed. Every request is reviewed by our clinical team. We reply personally with availability and pricing.
